Toasted Sesame Teriyaki Stir Fry
Toasted Sesame Teriyaki Stir-Fry featuring Tastefully Simple's Toasted Sesame Teriyaki Sauce.
- Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts or pork tenderloin, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion small, minced
- 4 oz. sugar snap peas or pea pods
- 8 oz. mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup Toasted Sesame Teriyaki Sauce or to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- White rice prepared
Instructions
Brown pork or chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok until no longer pink. Add vegetables; stir-fry 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in Toasted Sesame Teriyaki Sauce and salt and pepper to taste; heat through. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 servings.Friday, February 15, 2013

Tastefully Simple Irish Cream Chocolate Cake

Irish Cream Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
Tastefully Simple's Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
1 jar Tastefully Simple's Irish Cream Fudge Sauce
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir to blend.
Divide batter between 2 well-greased 8 or 9-inch round cake pans. Bake
for 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Combine Irish Cream
Fudge Sauce and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Add more powdered
sugar if desired to make frosting thicker. Place one cake layer on a
plate; smooth frosting over top and sides. Place second layer on top of
first; smooth remaining frosting over top and sides. Makes 8-10
servings.
